1. PRISON ISLAND TOUR
Also called Changuu Island. 30 min boat ride from Stone Town.
What you’ll do:
- Giant Aldabra Tortoises – 100+ year old tortoises. You can feed them + take photos
- Explore the old prison – history from 1800s as a quarantine station
- Beach time – white sand swimming
2. NAKUPENDA SANDBANK TOUR
“Nakupenda” means “I love you” in Swahili. A beautiful sandbank in the middle of the ocean.
What you’ll do:
- Relax on white sand – the sandbank appears only during low tide
- Swimming + Snorkeling in crystal clear turquoise water
- Seafood BBQ Lunch – grilled fish, lobster, calamari, chicken, rice, fruit. Served on the sandbank with drinks
- Photos – it’s one of the most instagrammable spots in Zanzibar
3. STONE TOWN TOUR
UNESCO World Heritage Site – the cultural heart of Zanzibar. A private guide just for you/group so you can go at your own pace.
